In the textile finishing industry, epoxy silicone oil is the core intermediate of synthetic block silicone oil softeners, used for finishing cotton, linen, silk, and woolen fabrics, giving fabrics a smooth and soft feel with excellent wash resistance; It is also widely used as an additive for spandex oil agents, effectively inhibiting adhesion during fiber processing, improving the stability of chemical fiber production, differing from traditional amino silicone oils, reducing yellowing issues, and meeting the production requirements of mid- to high-end textiles. 

Resin and coating modification is the fastest-growing track for epoxy silicone oil. Adding it as an internal modifier to epoxy resin systems can effectively reduce internal stress in materials, significantly improve toughness, and improve product brittleness and cracking defects; In industrial coating systems, it can optimize coating leveling, adhesion, and heat and weather resistance, reduce apparent defects such as shrinkage cavities and orange peel, and improve overall film quality. Its application share in anti-corrosion coatings and industrial topcoats continues to grow. In addition, this product can be used in electronic potting materials, composite materials, daily chemical hair care supplements, and UV-curing primers, expanding market application boundaries.
