Applications of Phenylhydrosiloxane Resin in Electronic and Electrical Insulating Materials
Phenylhydrosiloxane resin exhibits excellent dielectric properties (low dielectric constant, low loss factor) and insulation performance. Additionally, the film formed after curing has high mechanical strength and resistance to moisture and heat. Therefore, it is used in the electronic and electrical field for the following purposes:
Insulating coating for circuit boards: Covering the surface of PCB boards to prevent short circuits, resist moisture, and resist chemical corrosion;
Encapsulation of electronic components: Used for encapsulating chips, resistors, capacitors and other components to protect them from external environmental influences, while adapting to the high and low temperature working environments of electronic devices;
Insulation of high-voltage electrical appliances: As an insulating impregnant or coating for high-voltage motors and transformers, it improves insulation performance and high-temperature resistance.
