Application of Phenylhydrosiloxane Resin in Electronic and Electrical Insulating Materials
Phenylhydrosiloxane resin boasts excellent dielectric properties (low dielectric constant and low loss factor) as well as insulation performance. Moreover, the film formed after curing has high mechanical strength and resistance to humidity and heat. Therefore, it is used in the electronic and electrical field for the following purposes:

• Insulating coating for circuit boards: It is applied on the surface of PCB boards to prevent short circuits, resist moisture, and withstand chemical corrosion;
• Encapsulation of electronic components: It is used for encapsulating components such as chips, resistors, and capacitors to protect them from external environmental influences while adapting to the high and low temperature working environments of electronic devices;
• Insulation of high-voltage electrical appliances: It serves as an insulating impregnant or coating for high-voltage motors and transformers, enhancing insulation performance and high-temperature resistance.
