Domestic companies have made further breakthroughs in key indicators such as high purity, low volatility, and batch stability.

The molecular chains of hydrogen silicone oil contain active Si-H bonds and rely on silicon hydrogenation to achieve crosslinking and grafting modification. They are widely used in textile waterproofing agents, paper release agents, electronic potting adhesives, photovoltaic encapsulation silicone rubber, and are also fundamental raw materials for the production of modified silicone oils such as polyethers, phenylsyl, and epoxy oils, earning the nickname "industrial intermediate" of organosilicon. On the downstream side, demand for high-performance silicone rubber has surged in new energy vehicle seals, photovoltaic module packaging materials, data center immersion cooling media, and flexible electronic components, directly driving the procurement volume of high-end hydrogen-containing silicone oil. Traditional textile and coatings industries are also upgrading toward low VOC and high weather resistance, forcing raw materials to improve product consistency and environmental performance.

Industry insiders analyze that fluctuations in upstream metallic silicon raw materials remain the main uncertainty in the industry, while the incremental dividends from downstream high-end manufacturing will drive the industry from purely competing on capacity to focusing on controllable purity, customized grade development, and green production processes.
