Seals for chemical pipelines: Used for flange sealing of pipelines transporting acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The fluorosilicone material is resistant to chemical corrosion, and its 70-degree hardness is suitable for medium and high-pressure pipelines. Its tear resistance prevents tearing caused by pipeline vibration or medium scouring.
Sealing for new energy batteries: Such as the peripheral sealing of proton exchange membranes in fuel cells and the sealing of lithium battery casings. It is resistant to electrolytes (such as lithium hexafluorophosphate solution) and operating temperatures (-40℃~120℃), and its tear resistance ensures structural integrity during long-term use.
Accessories for oilfield equipment: Such as sealing rings of drilling pumps and wellhead seals. They can withstand crude oil, mud and high temperatures (above 150℃), and their tear resistance can cope with frequent mechanical friction and pressure changes.
