Usage method: Ethyl silicone oil release agent can be used directly or after dilution as needed. For dilution, corresponding organic solvents or water (in the case of water-based release agents) can be used, and the dilution ratio should be adjusted according to specific application scenarios and demolding requirements. Generally speaking, the release agent can be evenly applied to the mold surface by spraying, brushing or dipping.
Common products: For example, IOTA-EPE-1 ethyl silicone oil emulsion is an oil-in-water emulsion with a solid content of 60±2%, non-ionic type, and a viscosity of 500-1200cps at 25℃, which can be used for demolding various rubber and plastic products.
