Product description:

It is a single-end bis-hydroxy terminated silicone prepolymer with similar reactivity with polyol. It can be copolymerized with -NCO and COOH. It is mainly used for synthesizing silicon modified polyurethane resin and emulsion, and silicone modified poly. Ester resin, etc., can give the resin excellent hand feeling and improve wear resistance. Prevent adhesions, stains and graffiti.

Instructions:

Silicon PU resin and emulsion: reacting with isocyanate to synthesize -NCO-terminated prepolymer, and then adding polyol chain extension reaction;

It can also be added to the copolymerization reaction simultaneously with the polyol.

Copolymerization with MDI and TDI at 85 ° C

Copolymerization with IPDI is recommended at around 90 °C

Two-component PU or amino baking varnish: adding main resin and dispersing evenly

 

Packaging, storage and transportation:

1. Packed in 25 kg plastic drum or 200 kg iron drum.
