Silicone preparation of release agent emulsion for precast concrete members

In recent years, with the rapid development of silicone industry, the production scale of major silicone methyl monomer enterprises continues to expand, and the resulting silicone high-boiling compounds are more and more. Silicone methyl monomer production process, boiling point higher than dimethyl dichlorosilane by-products, collectively referred to as silicone high boiling. Silicone high boiling liquid is a black, irritating odor, containing a small amount of solid matter and Cu, Al, Zn and other nanoparticles, while containing a large amount of silicon powder and has a strong corrosive liquid. At normal temperature and pressure, the density is about 1.13 g/cm3, the boiling range is 80 ~ 215℃, and it contains at least 30 kinds of compounds.

Due to the increase in the yield of silicones with high boiling content, the comprehensive utilization of silicones has received extensive attention. Silicone high boiling material can be mainly used to prepare high boiling silicone oil, white carbon black, water repellent, silicone resin, defoamer, defilm agent, and to prepare chlorosilane monomer by cracking reaction. At present, the process of preparing high-boiling silicone oil by alcoholysis and hydrolysis of high-boiling silicone oil is mature, but the quality of high-boiling silicone oil is not high and unstable, and it is difficult to be applied to the occasions with high raw material requirements.

The inert high boiling silicone oil was prepared by distillation, addition, hydrolysis, neutralization and desiccation using the high boiling compound produced by pyrolysis in the direct synthesis of methyl chlorosilane as raw material. Then the inert high-boiling silicone oil is used as raw material, emulsifier and anti-rust agent are added, and water is added to emulsify and disperse. After the emulsification is completed, pH regulator, thickener and other additives are added, and the release agent emulsion of precast concrete (PC) members is further dispersed by homogenizer after mixing evenly.

After standing at (30±2) ℃ for 12 h, the emulsion stability grade of the prepared high-boiling silicone oil emulsion dilution is 1, and the stability of hard water resistance is good. The release agent emulsion made of a single high boiling silicone oil modified by n-octene, n-dodecene, n-tedecene or the above olefin mixture has good release effect on PC components. The inert high-boiling silicone oil with viscosity of 100 ~ 200 mm2 /s and volatile mass fraction ≤3% was prepared by distillation, addition, hydrolysis, neutralization and desiccation under the conditions of 100 g of high boiling silicone, 20 g of octene and 5 g of M3. Then, 48g inert high-boiling silicone oil, 1.5 g isocidyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (HM-1330) and 8.5 g isocidyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (HM-1310) and other additives were emulsified with water to prepare a crude emulsion, and then dispersed by high pressure homogenizer, the solid mass fraction of ≥52% was obtained. A release agent emulsion for PC components with a viscosity of 300 ~ 350 mm2 /s and a milky white appearance.
